  • Shop updates are announced through the Heartbeasties newsletter, so be sure to subscribe to receive updates directly to your inbox!

How do I purchase?

  • By creating an account, you can securely save payment methods, shipping addresses, shopping carts, and order information, making for a faster checkout experience. 

  • You can create an account by using a Login link in the navigation menu or during checkout.

  • After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email, and once that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How do I care for my sculpture?

  • To preserve the longevity of your Heartbeastie, it is advisable not to keep it in direct sunlight.

  • To clean it, gently wipe it with a dry lint free cloth or a soft brush. Avoid using abrasives and chemicals as these can cause marks and damage the artwork.

  • Display it in a showcase or a glass dome to avoid any additional dust build up. Most importantly, keep it in a place where you can see it every day. Love and cherish it, and it will bring you a sense of peace and comfort, even in your darkest moments.

Shipping information

  • Heartbeasties are shipped internationally.

  • Please make sure to provide correct shipping information at the checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processing, but generally range from 10-21 business days. Delivery times are estimated and do not reflect an exact date when a package might arrive.

  • Other factors may impact these shipping times (traffic, holidays, customs, political instabilities, documentation errors, weather conditions, etc.), and the seller is not responsible for these or similar shipping issues or issues caused by the courier. I cannot be personally responsible for shipping once the order has been handed to the courier.

  • International orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 months to arrive. International buyer’s need to wait for 5 months from the date package(s) shipped before presenting a case for refund due to missing or lost packages.

  • Tracking numbers are usually provided for all orders. The tracking number is included in the order confirmation email and should be noted by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track packages, not the seller.

  • Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Replacement, cancellation, or exchange policies

  • Due to many shop items being Limited Editions (one-of-a-kind items), there will be no replacements for orders. This includes any orders still in transit.

  • Cancellations will be provided if purchaser contacts the shop with suitable reason(s) for cancellation.

  • Exchanges are never accepted by the shop for any items under any circumstance.
